Job Description:
Top 15 Global CPA and Consulting firm partnering with a Sarasota
client to identify an Interim Comptroller to provide day-to-day
financial management, and who has experience in governmental or
non-profit / not for profit organizations. This will start as a 3-6
month project. Must be able to hit the ground running at first,
then transition the new fulltime resource and seamlessly bringing
them up to speed.Daily responsibilities include but are not limited
to the following:* Processing payables and receivables; reviewing
and processing purchasing approvals/payments* Compiling monthly
county reimbursement documentation and invoices to ensure
consistent cash flow* Reviewing daily cash logs, preparing
deposits* Reconciling bank/credit card statements; prepare for
monthly reviews* Processing bi-weekly payroll* Entering daily
financial transactions, and produce internal financial reports*
Protect and manage organization's financialsAs a W-2 employee of
