We believe in independent thought, active management and have built a culture of client service. -Position OverviewCumberland is looking for a versatile, self-motivated, and experienced individual to assume responsibility for firm's accounts payable function while assisting and supporting the overall finance and accounts receivable processes. The ability to multitask and work both individually and in a team environment is essential. -Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
--- - - - - - - - -Perform all aspects of the Accounts Payable function utilizing the NetSuite software application, including:o - -Maintain accurate vendor information, timely payments, reconciliations, and thorough document retentiono - -Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies in a timely mannero - -Review and process employee expense reimbursementso - -Identify opportunities to employ workflow changes or improvements
--- - - - - - - - -Assist the CFO during month-end closing process to ensure proper posting of invoices and perform variance analysis as needed
