Roper Technologies is looking for a tech-savvy, curious and
collaborative HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate
musthave 4+ years of Master Admin-level HRIS/payroll experience
(UKG Pro required) and is eager to learn, provide innovative ideas,
and broaden their experience across all areas of HRIS, payroll and
benefits. This person is comfortable (and wants to) wear multiple
hats, has a strong sense of ownership, and is passionate about
being a key player in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

If local to HQ, this position is hybrid for the foreseeable future.
It's preferred that the candidate be located in Sarasota, FL or
Atlanta, GA metro area, but will consider remote candidates.
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. In
addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for
performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility
requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors
including, but not limited to, type of position, location,
education level, work experience and certifications.
