This is a unique opportunity for a confident, motivated professional who thrives in client-facing roles and is ready to take the next step toward firm ownership. What You'll Do Review complex tax returns for businesses and high-net-worth individuals Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify planning opportunities Perform some hands-on preparation work as needed Engage directly with clients and community professionals Contribute to firm growth and leadership initiatives What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience Strong background in business and high-net-worth individual tax preparation Prior experience as a Tax Manager in a CPA firm Excellent communication skills and professional presence Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Substantial tax experience and leadership potential Must be local or willing to relocate to Sarasota - remote work is not an option due to the community-facing nature of the role Compensation & Ownership Track Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 , based on experience and ownership readiness Candidates more than 5 years from ownership may start closer to $100K Highly skilled, motivated candidates ready for leadership may earn up to $150K Clear path to shareholder status for the right candidate, potentially within a short period If you're ready to lead, advise, and grow with a firm that values your expertise and offers a real path to ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
