TOPS HR Solutions is a locally owned staffing agency in the Sarasota area. We are looking for responsible Administrative Assistant/Receptionists to add to our clerical temp list for short or long-term temporary job opportunities. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities. should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft and office equipment.
