We are seeking compassionate, non-judgmental, and highly

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Technician at Operation PAR's
Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) program. This is a

fortitude is a must.ABOUT THE COMPANY: Operation PAR, Inc. is a
non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for
individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR
has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in
west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical
service, and research. PAR's Medication Assisted Patient Services
(MAPS) Program provides quality out-patient opioid maintenance
therapy to individuals suffering from the effects of Opioid Use
Disorder (OUD).GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: This position coordinates
care in a fast-paced, out-patient substance use disorder treatment
setting. Tasks include (though are not limited to):Checking in
patientsAdministering drug screensDocumentation in electronic
health recordVerifying insurance/grant eligibilityReviewing
financial documents with patientsAccepting payments for treatment
feesBank depositsAnswering phonesDistributing faxesFacilitating
food & drink salesWORK SCHEDULE: 40-hours/week scheduled within the
following business hours.Monday 5:15AM to 1:15PMTuesday 5:15AM to
1:15PMWednesday 5:15AM to 1:15PMThursday 5:15AM to 1:15PMFriday
5:15AM to 1:15PMSaturday: 5:15AM to 10:15AMSunday: 5:15AM to
10:15AMCOMPENSATION: $15/hourBENEFITS:9 paid holidays per year3
weeks of PTO per year (on top of holidays). PTO increases to 4
weeks/year after 2 years of employment, and then to 5 weeks/year
after 5 years of employment.Medical/Dental/Vision/Life
Insurance401k matching (50% up to maximum of 6% employee
contribution) available after 1 year of full-time
employment.Tuition reimbursementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High
School Diploma / GED required.Administrative/office assistant
experience preferred.LICENSES, CERTIFICATION AND
REGISTRATIONS:Valid Florida Driver's LicenseMust pass background
and fingerprinting checksKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to
manage time and resourcesAbility to speak coherently and convey
