As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial facilities. This role requires a strong background in pipe fitting, mechanical layouts, new facility setup, on-site installation, and repair. Experience working with Chillers is a must. Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. 2. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and carry out preventative maintenance. 3. Work closely with clients to understand their HVAC requirements and provide expert advice and solutions. 4. Prepare and read mechanical layouts and other blueprints as required. 5. Utilize your skills in pipe fitting and on-site installation during new facility setup. 6. Perform troubleshooting and repair work on Chillers and other HVAC components. 7. Keep records of all work performed and report any issues or potential problems to management. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends. 9. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and national HVAC codes and regulations. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician. 2. Proven experience with pipe fitting, mechanical layouts, new facility setup, on-site installation, and repair. 3. Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including Chillers. 4. Ability to read and understand mechanical layouts and blueprints. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong communication and customer service skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 9. Physical fitness, as the job requires frequent lifting and carrying of heavy equipment. 10. Certification or associate degree in HVAC from a recognized institution is preferred. 11. Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and development activities. Interested in hearing more?
