routine inspections of buildings to identify and address
maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural
issues. Conduct repairs on doors, windows, floors, and walls to
maintain a secure and aesthetically pleasing environment. Plumbing
and electrical repairs Address plumbing problems, such as leaks,
clogs, and faulty fixtures. Conduct basic electrical repairs,
including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures. Repair
and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues in tools and equipment used in
daily operations. Perform preventive maintenance
