you will be responsible for building relationships with customers,
assessing their pest control needs, and recommending programs that
will improve their quality of life right at home. If you're a

Service Representative ! Job Summary As a Pest Control Customer
Service Representative with Battle Marketing and Management, you
will: Conduct inspections of residential properties to identify
pest issues. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with
clients. Strive to surpass client expectations in all interactions.
Offer clients helpful suggestions for preventing future pest
problems. Report to the designated client contact before and after
service visits. Explain any existing or potential pest problems to
clients in person whenever feasible. Utilize company-provided
technology to manage client accounts. Collaborate effectively with
Pest Control Customer Service Representative and other team members
to deliver optimal pest control solutions.
