Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
providing specialized services in school settings located in
Sarasota and Bradenton, FL. The assignment runs from ASAP through
May 29, 2026, with a part-time position available at one campus
from March through the end date. This role requires on-site
presence across multiple elementary schools serving diverse student
populations, including Title 1 schools and programs for students
with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Exceptional Student
Education (ESE) needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide
speech-language pathology evaluation and therapy services to
students ranging from preschool to early elementary age groups.
Manage caseloads independently at assigned schools, including
settings with no other SLP colleagues on campus. Collaborate with
teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to
student needs. Document student progress and maintain compliance
with district and state regulations. Qualifications: Current
Florida SLP license is required; candidates with a masters degree
preferred, though bachelors level will be considered. Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply;
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not accepted.
Experience or interest in working with children in educational
settings, including those with ASD and ESE classifications. Ability
to commit to either full-time or part-time hours depending on the
school assignment. Locations: Ballard Elementary (4 days/week
possible) Sea Breeze Elementary Harvey Elementary Abel Elementary
