We are searching for qualified, ethical, and passionate Technicians to assist clients through their substance abuse treatment. They will maintain continuous interaction with clients during their shifts and have a strong understanding of individual treatment plans and the ability to observe, document, and report client behavior. They will also ensure a safe, supportive environment for the clients at all times. Ideal candidates will possess a deep desire to help all clients in their transitions through the stages of care and consistently maintain a compassionate, nonjudgmental outlook that will promote effective treatment and ease clients through the duration of their stay.Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to provide supplemental care that creates added benefits to their already established treatment plansRecord notes of each clients progress throughout the rehabilitation process and alert supervisor if any regression in the program is occurringFacilitate client interactions to ensure encounters are appropriate and maintain an inclusive nature to create a "family" like living environmentReport to immediate supervisor if any issues of aggression or possibility of a client's early departure arisesFacilitate the transportation of clients to and from the recovery center, meetings, appointments utilizing company vehiclesEnsure all clients are following their daily schedules and all needs are accounted for to mitigate any delays in treatmentTechnicians may observe or record patient medicationsPerform thorough house and facility checksQualifications:Practical experience in the substance abuse rehabilitation industryKnowledge of substance abuseMust have valid and clean driver's licenseMust possess a Level 2 Background Check or have the ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check and Drug ScreenHigh School Diploma or EquivalentBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceMedical Specialty:Addiction MedicineSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeWeekendsSupplemental Pay:Bonus payPay may depend on skills and/or qualificationsCOVID-19 considerations:We have a very robust COVID-19 policy which includes testing of all clients and staff.Company's website:Drug-Free WorkplaceCompany's Facebook page:Go to Clean Recovery Centers FB page.Work Remotely:No
