Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Sarasota, FL, team. In this role, you'll be providing our customers with scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Additionally, you'll be responsible for updating your manager on job progress and providing cost estimates for jobs when needed. We're searching for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our family in Sarasota, FL. You'll be responsible for upkeep, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation and cooling systems at customer sites. Furthermore, you'll have to give accurate reports of job progress to the manager and estimate costs accordingly.

Responsibilities:
A day at work:
--- Includes successfully performing service calls and maintenance visits on light commercial and residential AC and heating systems and commercial refrigeration equipment like walk-in systems and reach-in units
--- Greet customers and set the tone for the positive experience they can expect
--- Follow up with customers during and after visits to capture customer job approvals and deposits in some cases.
--- Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and obtain a referral for more jobs with their friends.
--- Overtime will be required.
--- Flexible on-call monthly rotation

Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the profitable diagnosis, repair quoting, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC/R products and services for light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in the restaurant, small commercial/industrial, and residential markets
--- Knowledge of light commercial HVAC duct design and sizing, commercial kitchen hoods, ducts and fans, installation techniques and methods, and building codes is required
--- Installation experience is helpful
