A Registered Nurse Case Manager is needed for a major managed care company!MUST be located in the below counties to be considered:* Hillsborough* Manatee* Polk Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project: * Proactively monitors appropriate metrics to drive up efficiency; Perform audits of assessments, care plans and service notes to verify cases are properly established and that member coordination activities are occurring and appropriately documented* Plays active role in applying and utilizing accepted policies and procedures* Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as Corporate guidelines in day-to-day activities.* Perform other duties as assigned.6 month contract M-F 8 AM - 5 PM 32.00/hrJob Requirements:Required Skills:1.Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills2. Ability to multi-task 3.Ability to lead/manage others4.Ability to create, review and interpret Care and or service plansPreferred:1. Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills2. Demonstrated problem solving skills3. Ability to work independently4. Demonstrated written communication skillsPrefer Spanish speaking; Candidate will have a minimum on three (3) years of management/supervisory experience in a Managed care / healthcare setting. With minimum of 2 years, Pediatric experience required.Active Registered Nurse license
