bit about us:Branch Manager The Branch Sales Manager (Branch GM) is
accountable and provides leadership to the HVAC Division.The
position has full P&L accountability and drives Business
Development, Training, and Customer Service for a
multi-million-dollar residential plumbing service operation.
Through the direct supervision of the Service Managers, the Branch
Manager oversees the Service Technicians and Branch
Operations.We're looking for high energy, business & financial
acumen, a strong customer service focus, and a desire to build and
lead an established Team of quality Techs and Managers highest
Volume Team in the company!We are looking for a person who has
managed a branch team, preferably in HVAC / Residential Service. Do

location!Essential Job Functions:Full P&L Accountability for
the Branch Location.Develop and communicate a Business Plan tied to
the area of responsibility; motivate and fully mobilize the
organization to achieve the Business Plan.Increase revenue level
and gross profit goals through Business Development; i.e.
geographical expansion; new lines of service, etc.Run and direct
professional sales organization: accountability over sales
conversion rate, revenue, profitability, and customer
service.Organizational Development: work in partnership with
Executive Team to develop a winning organization through career
pathing and training/development.Recruit, retain, and develop
talent to successfully drive high levels of performance to meet
revenue and profitability targets following the company's KPI's and
performance-driven model.Drive the organization to consistently
deliver on our brand promise of 'same day' service and an excellent
customer service experience at every touch point in the service
delivery cycle.Participate in the full development of a Training
and Onboarding program to include technical, soft-skills,
Safety/OSHA, ride-a-longs, and coaching both at the Managerial,
Professional, and Technician levels.Qualifications:Outstanding
leadership and communication skills at all levels of the
organization.Demonstrate high levels of collaboration
cross-functionallyExcellent business acumen; Ability to develop,
communicate and carry out a Business Plan.Strong analytical skills:
review, interpret, draw conclusions, and formulate actions based on
KPI's and other data.Experience/Education:Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration is highly preferred.5+ years experience in
the Service Industry in a managerial role with a proven history of;
P&L Accountability, Sales, Training/Development,
Sales/Operations; Customer Service.Sales experience is strongly
desirable.OSHA/SAFETY Experience.Experience in similar consumer -
service industry: Plumbing, HVAC, Home Improvement, and
