place.The Clinical Director directs all aspects of clinical
operations under the direction of the Regional Director. This
position will oversee clinical governance, activities, and patient
care services. This governance requires staff supervision and
training while planning and overseeing all patient care. In
addition to maintaining an active patient load, the Director will
provide leadership to the clinic staff and direct physical therapy
services by developing strategic objectives to manage the clinics'
effectiveness and productivity.The CD will establish, enforce, and
maintain acceptable professional and ethical standards of the
clinical staff. The CD will coordinate and direct patient care in
the facility according to FYZICAL's adopted policies and procedures
and state and federal regulations. Duties and responsibilities
include driving and supporting the team to retain and strengthen
our clinics while reinforcing our culture. This can be accomplished
through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to patients and
clinic staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for all essential job
duties of a Physical Therapist, including a clinical
caseload.Orients, instructs and directs work activities of clinical
and administrative employees of the assigned clinic and any
students.Interview/train new employees regarding clinic procedures,
culture, and positional requirements such as documentation,
treatment strategies, or maintaining the clinic
schedule.Establishes expectations and upholds employee compliance
of Company policies and procedures.Responsible for conducting
Orientation Period Appraisals and Performance Appraisals of all
staff.Optimizes facility performance and productivity.Complete
scorecards for each clinical employee monthly and address any
deficiencies in their clinical staff as noted by their scorecard
performance.Maximizes office productivity through close contact and
frequent communication with CCS, lead CCS, and clinical team
members to ensure low cancellation rates, optimal conversion rates
and maintenance of low non-productive clinical staff member
time.Coordinate coverage needs when staff is out, monitoring and
processing time off requests in line with Company policy and
procedure.Responsible for holding monthly team
meetings.'Coordinates employee payroll reviews and approves
timecards via ADP, sends all necessary documents in a timely
fashion to HR for payroll processing.Address/resolve all patient
complaints/concerns.Coordinate/supervise clinical education
opportunities and monitors CEU requests from team
members.Participate in monthly manager meetings.Analyzes and
organizes the clinic's operations and procedures such as
requisition of supplies for both clinical and general office.Works
in accordance with developed budgets and recommends cost-reduction
programs.Responsible for performing monthly compliance checks and
reviewing date with clinical team. This includes, but is not
limited to: chart audits, cleaning logs, and quality control
measures completed as per compliance regulations.Oversee
maintenance/upkeep of all clinic equipment.Adheres to and upholds
Company policies and procedures at all
times.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSMaster of
Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree
(DPT).State license to practice and any additional requirements by
