A company is looking for a Communi Marketing Manager to enhance
customer relationships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build a thriving clinician and DSO operator community through
various channels
Design customer advocacy programs that convert users into
promoters
Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create co-branded
content and programs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in community, lifecycle, or influencer/KOL
marketing in relevant industries
Experience in building or managing grassroots programs or customer
communities
Ability to activate peer voices to drive influence
Experience in relationship-focused marketing and opportunity
creation
Creative and resourceful with a willingness to test ideas
in-market
