opportunity: We are seeking a full time Project Manager to join our
team in our Fort Myers and/or Naples office. The Project Manager is
responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial
outcome of commercial construction-management projects. Job
responsibilities include: Direct, supervise and execute the full
life cycle of a commercial construction project. Includes
preconstruction, permitting, pay applications, contract
administration, closeout etc. Team management. Schedule management.
Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to
establish priorities. Plan and implement all projects. Maintain
satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects
and engineers. The ideal candidate will possess: Education and
experience: 5 years of commercial construction experience required
with a BS in Construction Management or industry related degree
and/or equivalent experience. Construction background: Experience
reading blueprints, specification and estimating commercial
construction projects. Eye for Details:Accuracy is critical for
success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational,
communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
Tech-know-how: A strong background in using all Microsoft Office
programs, proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Procore or
similar construction software preferred. Trust:Our clients return
