Currently, we are seeking a Registered Dietitian to help lead our Food and Nutrition services team. Manager, Clinical Operations (Food and Nutrition) - Registered Dietitian Required Sarasota, FL The Manager of Clinical Operations will oversee the clinical nutrition and operational activities of the Food and Nutrition Services department. As a Registered Dietitian, you will use your prior experience and skills to monitor the Clinical Dietitian teams' quality and performance outcomes while identifying ways to improve quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate will be an advocate for ensuring that the Clinical Dietitians have an active role in the decision making and support of overall department initiatives. The Manager will work closely with physicians to promote SMHCS serves and patient care objectives within the hospital and surrounding community. The Manager will evaluate, assess, plan and chart in patients' medical records and will develop and implement patients nutritional care.
