DirectShifts is seeking a Advanced Gastroenterologist to work in Doctors Hospital of Sarasota in Sarasota, FL. This is a Full Time position. My client is very motivated to speak with all interested candidates.

- Has the practice defined the requirements such as Specialty/Specific Training for the position? Board Certified - Will we consider residents/fellows? Yes
- When do we need to fill the position? January 2020
- Why does the opportunity exist? Growth of new department from 6 to 8 physicians
- Any specific/special procedure required? For 1 Just General / For the other - EUS/ ERCP Experience.
- Does the physician cover the ICU? Yes
- Call Schedule Will be: 1:2
- Does the practice have an EMR? Yes
- What is the employment arrangement? Employee for 2 years.
- Is Partnership an option? Partnership upon successfully completing 2nd year.
- What is the compensation arrangement? Based on MGMA standard
- Is malpractice insurance covered by practice? Yes.
- What type of coverage does the group carry? A claims-made policy is provided by the practice. The physician is responsible for their own tail should they leave the group.
- Does the practice offer other benefits? The physician is granted 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week for CME; health insurance; 401(k).
