  • Adult patients + geriatrics provide PC in a variety of post acute care Senior living settings - -ALF, SNF
  • Seeking Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric trained physicians
  • perform physical exams, take medical histories, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, and recommend a plan of treatment.
  • Subspecialty trained physicians also welcome if willing to practice with 100% adult medical practice - -
  • Medical Directorships within Nursing Homes
  • Well established practice has 2 physicians nearing retirement
  • Large patient base to inherit
  • Guaranteed salary + RVU incentives
  • 4 or 5 day work week M-TH/FR
