Job Description:

*Positions available in Manatee Co & Sarasota CO. FL.*

*Minimum Qualifications:*

A master's degree in behavioral health sciences, such as psychology, mental health counseling, social work, art therapy, or marriage and family therapy. Must be a registered intern in social work, mental health, or marriage and family therapy. 2 years' clinical experience working with adults/families. Valid Florida Driver's License with safe driving record and valid auto insurance is required.

* *Preferred Qualification:*
* Supervisory experience and Licensure in the State of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
* *Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities*:
* Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of co-occurring adults, their families, and family systems. Ability to give direction, empower staff and problem solve efficiently and effectively. Highly motivated, organized, self-directed, willing to work a variety of hours, including evening and on-call.
* *Essential Functions/Job Duties:*
Provides clinical supervision (individual and team meetings) to staff including recovery coaches, therapists and case managers
Manages and improves processes and procedures including customer experience, service delivery, and retention in treatment Performs administrative tasks including but not limited to weekly timesheet submissions and annual performance evaluations of staff
Provides individual, group, and family therapy in the home and office as needed. Assists in managing crisis situations as the occur within the teams
Collaborates with child welfare leadership (CPI, SCC) to strengthen partnership and maintain coordination of the treatment process. This includes attendance in community meetings and court proceedings
Monitors budget and works with internal leadership to develop action plans as needed
Ensures timely completion of all required reports including but not limited to performance improvement data, financial reports and state outcome reports
Ensures adherence to policies and procedures guaranteeing clinical standards are being met Assumes all other responsibilities as assigned or required
* *Work Environment/Physical Demands:*
* Works in well-lighted areas. Sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during work hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Is involved with clients, residents, family members, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., in a behavioral health setting.
* *Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel:*
* This is a full time, exempt position. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday. This position may be required to work evening and has on call responsibilities. Frequent local travel is required.
