• Ideal start would be January but will consider all options
• Ideal commitment length is 3-6 months
• Looking for someone 10-12 days per month and 1 weekend
• 15-20 patients per day, will start with less and increase once comfortable
• PA takes call but secondary call for emergencies
• Will work with 1 other oncologists and PA
• EMR system: OncoEMR
• Must have active FL license
• Privileges at 2 hospitals
