Overview

Florida Woman Care is seeking a Full Time OB/GYN Physician in Sarasota, Florida. We encourage Residents and experienced Physicians to apply:

Position Highlights:

* Established, well known OBGYN group in the community
* Current staff - 3 Physicians; 2 CNMs; 3 APRNs; adding a 4th MD/DO for growth
* Physicians have an excellent work/life balance in an autonomous, collaberative, family-oriented environment
* Call Schedule - 1:6 weekdays/1:6 weekends; Midwives take first Call
* Patient Load - average 20 per day
* State of the art equipment; in-office surgical suites
* Deliveries and GYN surgeries are performed at the highly reputable Sarasota Memorial Hospital (top 5 in Florida)
* Hospital is a Level III NICU w/OB Hospitalist group; practice has 2 blocked days per week for surgeries
* Group delivers approximately 40 babies per month

Requirements:

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
* Current Unrestricted Florida State Medical License or ability to obtain
* Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
