Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote 1099 Therapist - LCSW or LPC
licensed in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver remote care throughout short-term, evidence-based
programs
Monitor participant progress and document session notes
Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following
company protocols
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted clinical license in New Jersey (LCSW or
LPC)
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients of 10+ hours
per week
Eligibility to enroll as a provider in the Medicare program or
ability to terminate opt-out
