Supportive Local Team Environment: Join a robust anesthesia team consisting of 10 physicians and over 30 skilled CRNAs across our three facilities: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples. Our facilities feature: 8 Main Operating Rooms 3 Endoscopy Suites 3 Catheterization Labs 2 Cardiovascular Operating Rooms We take pride in our unified culture, where teamwork, respect, and mutual support are at the core of our operations. Qualifications NBCRNA Board Certified or Eligible Authorized to work in the United States Both new graduates and seasoned CRNAs are encouraged to apply Flexible Scheduling to Suit Your Lifestyle Experience a 4-shift work week with a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts . No weekday on-call duties Limited weekend on-call (with additional compensation) No night shifts! Waterfall leave for seamless time-off planning Engage in a diverse range of cases, including general, vascular, orthopedic, neuro spine, electrophysiology, endoscopy, urology, and bariatrics. Heart cases are available if desired, but there are no obstetrics or pediatrics. CRNAs will perform their own blocks and lines, with comprehensive training and support provided.
