Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum Location: Cape Coral, FL Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,000 to $2,100 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Job.com to find a qualified LDRP RN in Cape Coral, Florida, 33990! Provide patient-centered care for mothers and infants throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on maternal and neonatal conditions. Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate patterns and maternal assessments. Assist in labor management, vaginal and operative deliveries, and newborn stabilization. Administer medications and manage epidural and IV therapies per hospital protocol. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate and support patients and families regarding the birthing process and postpartum care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR. Float to other maternal-child units or sister campuses as required.
