Location: Cape Coral, FL Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,000 to $2,100 per

TravelNurseSource is working with Job.com to find a qualified LDRP
RN in Cape Coral, Florida, 33990! Provide patient-centered care for
mothers and infants throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and
postpartum stages. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
individualized care based on maternal and neonatal conditions.
Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate patterns and maternal
assessments. Assist in labor management, vaginal and operative
deliveries, and newborn stabilization. Administer medications and
manage epidural and IV therapies per hospital protocol. Collaborate
with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate and support patients and families regarding the birthing
process and postpartum care. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation using Epic EMR. Float to other maternal-child units
or sister campuses as required. Participate in unit call schedule
and assist as core staff within the unit culture. 5 Benefits of

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience required. BLS
– Basic Life Support ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support NRP –
Neonatal Resuscitation Program Degree from an accredited nursing
program (must appear on profile), OR a minimum of 5 years of
relevant LDRP experience in lieu of degree accreditation.
Licensure: Active and unencumbered Florida RN license or compact
