Occupational Therapist Location: Fort Myers, FL Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,915 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position ID: 75209995 Shift: 8hr Days 8x5 Description: HWL - Outpatient Center-AN-0016 Occupational Therapist: 2 years of experience required. FL license and BLS required. Ortho experience required. Common patient diagnoses: Hands, elbows, shoulders, Parkinson's, CVA. Prior travel experience REQUIRED. Uniform: Black, khaki, or gray pants, black shirts and black jackets. EMR: Epic. HWL interview and Manager has final offer.\r\n\r\nRadius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission.
