Lee Health, a premier health system in Southwest Florida, seeks a dedicated Audiologist specialized in pediatric care to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosis and treatment of hearing disorders and communicative disabilities in children and will play a vital role in our outpatient pediatric clinics spread across our health system. This role requires a compassionate professional with detailed knowledge of audiological assessments and therapies pertinent to pediatric needs. Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and interpret results accurately. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with hearing and communicative disorders. Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Provide family-centered care, advising and educating families on management and treatment options. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and preserve confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines. Expertise in pediatric audiology assessments Ability in audiometric testing and auditory rehab practices Strong communication and counseling skills Proficient in the use of audiological devices and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure in Audiology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) is preferred
