Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 39 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN Case Manager Facility: Cape Coral Hospital Location: Cape Coral, Florida Contract Length: 13 Weeks Assignment Dates: March 2, 2026 – May 30, 2026 Shift: 8-Hour Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month On-Call: None Position Overview Cape Coral Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment. This role supports acute care case management operations and requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to function as core staff within a collaborative hospital culture. Travelers must be willing to float to sister campuses as needed, as floating is a required part of this assignment. Key Responsibilities - Perform inpatient case management services in an acute care setting - Coordinate patient care plans, discharge planning, and transitions of care - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Support utilization review and care coordination processes - Float to sister facilities as required based on operational needs Required Qualifications - Active RN license (must be verifiable via Nursys and loaded on profile) - Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience - Acute care experience required - BLS certification required - Degree accreditation must be on profile - OR candidate must have 5 years of experience in lieu of degree documentation - Ability to float to sister campuses (travelers float first) Schedule & Overtime - 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
