Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Medical Lab Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Requirements - National certification as Medical Technologist (ASCP preferred) - Florida State Medical Technologist License required (all lab areas preferred; minimum 3 areas required) - Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology required (Bachelor’s preferred) - Minimum 3 years hospital lab experience preferred - Blood Bank experience preferred - Ability to work independently and cover all lab areas - Strong critical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills AB About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
