Job Description Job Description Company Description Nurse Manager – ICU Trauma Neuro Location: Kissimmee, FL (Greater Orlando Area) Employment Type, Schedule, Pay Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Not offered Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – ICU Trauma Neuro to lead a high-acuity critical care service line within a tertiary acute care setting. This role provides operational, clinical, and people leadership across a Neuro Trauma ICU and a Central Telemetry unit, supporting a multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes, patient safety, and exceptional patient experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a critical care leader ready to manage complex patient populations while driving evidence-based practice and staff engagement.
