Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for back-end operations, which include packaging, scanning prescriptions, and loading medicines into automated dispensing machines. This position requires standing on your feet during 8-hour shifts. Responsibilities Package and scan prescriptions accurately. Load medicines into automated dispensing machines. Ensure all order entries are completed promptly and accurately. Assist in the fulfillment process to maintain efficient pharmacy operations. Essential Skills Pharmacy technician license (CPhT preferred). Proficiency in pharmacy order entry and fulfillment. Strong data entry and computer skills. Experience in retail pharmacy and specialty pharmacy operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with insurance processes. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Registered Pharmacy Technician certification. Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Work Environment This position operates within a closed-door dispensing pharmacy environment. Employees must be comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts possible. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
