Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro PCU Location: Fort Myers, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,215 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Neuro PCU Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neurology Duration: Contract Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required; Neuro experience mandatory License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Ability to read EKG rhythms. Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of experience required. Description: This position is for a nurse in a Neuro Progressive Care Unit. The unit has 52 beds with a nurse-patient ratio of 4:1. Travelers will float between neuro floor areas, including both stepdown and PCU sides. Traveling nurses should be prepared to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5. Cultural fit is important; travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff. Floating is required, and travelers may float to other campuses as needed. All requests for time off or schedules must be submitted at the time of application.
