Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with best practices and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient response. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and health maintenance. Maintain and update patient records accurately and within legal parameters. Participate in continuous education to improve skills and stay current with nursing best practices. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license from the state of Florida, or must be transferable prior to starting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
