As a Nurse Educator at Lee Health, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that support the professional growth and continuous improvement of nursing staff. Your work will directly contribute to our vision of providing world-class healthcare solutions. Develop educational content and deliver training to nursing staff. Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as needed. Support the professional development of nursing staff through ongoing education and mentorship. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and continual learning requirements. Strong teaching and mentoring skills. Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and standards. Proficiency in using educational technology and e-learning platforms. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred or a willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeline.
