compounding, and distribution of medications. Consult with
healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling.
Monitor patients' drug therapies to identify and prevent possible
interactions. Maintain accurate records complying with legal and
regulatory requirements. Participate in clinical programs and
health promotion initiatives. Educate patients and healthcare
providers on drug usage, side effects, and interactions. In-depth
knowledge of pharmacological substances and their uses. Ability to
manage high volume work environments efficiently. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with
patients and healthcare teams. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Up-to-date with latest pharmacy practices
and innovations. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid State
Pharmacist License. Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy
Specialists (BCPS) preferred.
