About the Role Florida Woman Care is looking for a Full time
Physician Assistant to join their prestigious Woman's Health Center
at our Poinciana location in Kissimmee, Florida. Responsibilities
Join an established and successful practice that has served the
central Florida area for nearly 20 years. Enjoy a Balanced
Schedule: (4) 10 hour shifts with no nights, weekends, or call
shifts. Hospital Affiliation: Deliveries at AdventHealth
Celebration — a trusted facility with a Level II NICU and 24/7
access to specialists and advanced care. On-Site Ultrasound:
Immediate access to diagnostic imaging enhances patient care and
streamlines workflow. Experienced Clinical Support: Work alongside
a fully licensed, compassionate, and skilled clinical team.
Language Skills Valued: Spanish or Portuguese fluency required to
serve our diverse patient population. Our staff is also 90%
bilingual, which helps with patient care and ease of communication.

to providing mentorship and career growth. Qualifications National
Physician Assistant certification or ability to obtain.
Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain.
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain. CPR, BLS,
and NALS Certification or ability to obtain. Proficient in
assessment and development of treatment plans. Ability to
communicate with patients, team members and management staff.
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices
without direct supervision or guidance by a physician. One year of
full-time experience as a physician assistant is preferred. Must be
fluent in either Spanish and/or Portuguese. Required Skills Fluency
in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Proficient in assessment and
development of treatment plans. Ability to communicate effectively
with patients and team members. Preferred Skills One year of
full-time experience as a physician assistant. Pay range and
