Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated
Nurse Market OR Educator to join our dynamic team of healthcare
professionals. In this vital role, you will be responsible for
implementing and maintaining educational programs for the Operating
Room (OR) nursing staff across several facilities. This position is
key to ensuring that our nursing teams are fully trained on the
latest OR techniques and technologies, aligning with our commitment
to exceptional patient care and outcomes. This role requires strong
leadership and communication skills, as you will design curriculum,
perform evaluations, and mentor staff to maintain the highest
standards of care. Develop and implement educational programs
tailored to the needs of the OR nursing staff across multiple
facilities. Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust curriculum as
necessary. Provide direct mentorship and training to new and
existing staff. Stay updated with the latest advancements in OR
procedures and technology. Facilitate a collaborative environment
among OR teams to share best practices and continuous learning.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficient in
developing and implementing educational curriculums Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate and
improve training processes Knowledge of current OR nursing
practices and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification Master of
Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
