Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)
to provide compassionate patient care at our Sarasota, Florida

of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The ideal candidate will be

field. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for each
patient Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate
integrated patient care Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as
necessary Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations
Document patient care services by charting in patient records
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
