Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse who embodies compassion and excellence for our diverse
patient care. This role focuses on providing high-quality,
personalized healthcare in various settings including inpatient,
home health, and hospice environments. Our goal is to ensure every
patient receives the highest standard of care tailored to their
specific needs, guided by our principles of integrity and respect.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in
collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications,
monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and
their families on disease prevention and health optimization.
Maintain patient records with accuracy and comply with healthcare
regulations and safety standards. Provide emotional support and
compassionate care to patients and their families. Participate in
continuous professional development and training sessions. Strong
clinical skills in patient assessment and care Excellent verbal and
written communication Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work under pressure and in critical situations
Empathetic and culturally competent care Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
