Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in patient
recovery, providing direct nursing care in a supportive and healing
setting. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered
care, upholding the highest standards of safety and striving for
optimal outcomes in a collaborative environment. Assess patients'
health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care
plans Maintain medical records and coordinate with healthcare team
members to ensure optimal patient care Administer nursing care to
ill or injured patients Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes
in patients' conditions Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Proficient in using healthcare software and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and
decision-making skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida BLS
certified, ACLS preferred
