Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Registered
Nurses to join our team, providing top-tier patient care in our

implement patient care plans, monitor recovery progress, and
contribute to a multidisciplinary team, all the while shaping
patient outcomes through your professional expertise. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance
with facility protocols. Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. Administer medications and maintain
records of patients’ treatment plans. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, treatment, and home recovery
procedures. Participate in continuous quality improvement
activities and educational programs. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to
work as part of a team and independently Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice BLS/CPR Certification
