Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the team meeting. Strong clinical skills in a health care setting Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to perform physically demanding tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
