Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Sarasota, Florida team. Our inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals provide high-quality healthcare through an
integrated approach, ensuring that our patients receive the
specialized treatment they need. In this role, you will collaborate
with an expert team of health professionals to deliver exceptional
care focused on improving patient outcomes and fostering a
supportive environment. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or
disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient
health and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Liaising with healthcare professionals and agencies to provide
seamless care. Ability to provide superior patient care. Strong
organizational and acute care nursing skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with
patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Proficiency
in using healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of
Florida. BLS/CPR certification.
