HCA Florida Largo Hospital, an esteemed leader in healthcare, invites recently graduated nurses to join our New Nurse RN Residency program. This position offers a structured training and development program aimed at transitioning new graduates from academia into the clinical practice environment. Participants will gain hands-on experience across a variety of specialties, guided by seasoned mentors and augmented with targeted educational sessions to bolster their nursing skills, clinical judgement, and ability to provide exceptional patient care in a real-world setting. Participate actively in all training sessions, hands-on activities, and education programs. Deliver high-quality patient care under supervision and guidance of experienced nursing staff. Collaborate with healthcare team members to assist in patient treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Adhere to facility policies and procedures ensuring safe and effective care. Document patient care services accurately and secure patient confidentiality. Strong clinical skills and knowledge. Ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in handling medical equipment.
