The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Physician Group Rheumatology is seeking a full-time BC/BE physician in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology to join a busy, growing practice. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in Rheumatology and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This outpatient-only opportunity includes practice locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero. The call schedule is 1:5 and consists of light, office-based call onlyno hospital responsibilities. The team prioritizes continuity of care and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group of specialists across Lee Health, including Pain Management.
