*Minimum Qualifications:*
High school diploma. Great customer service skills, computer
skills, and phone etiquette.
Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail

*Essential Functions:*
* Reports to work as scheduled on a daily basis and performs
assigned duties to ensure the smooth operation of the
department.
* Ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner.
* Maintains and monitors appointment scheduling.
* Maintains and monitors receipt of payments.
* Manages complaints/grievances and ensuring overall client
satisfaction while checking in or out for services.
* Scan all necessary documents.
* Ensure all necessary appointments, demographic, episode of care
and financial information is entered timely, accurately and
appropriately.
* Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction, teamwork, and
accountability.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
*Work Environment/Physical Demands:*
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a
sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would
require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or
stand as necessary.
*Position Type:*
Expected Hours of Work and Travel: Position is Full Time. Must be
available Mon-Fri from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
