Job Description:
Fin & Tonic -----" the best in coastal dining, located just
south of Stickney Point on 41. Locally owned & operated. Opening
soon! The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef
assisting in daily operations of all culinary aspects, in unity
with FOH management to maintain the highest levels of quality,
safety, staff performance and guest experience! Our Sous Chefs are
an integral part of ensuring all team members feel rewarded and
proud of kitchen creations, and all guests are receiving a 5-star
experience! You--------ll be fully involved in the research and
design of Daily Specials, creating prep sheets and processes for
each station and ensuring all prep and plating adheres to recipe
sheets and F&T standards. Full-time position, Hourly pay
$18-$22/hr based on experience. PLUS AGGRESSIVE BONUS PLAN.

Leadership and Organizational SkillsStrong knife skillsMust have
understanding of meat, poultry, fish fabrication as well as baking,
pastries and fresh pasta skills.Menu and daily Specials planning in
conjunction with the Executive ChefOther skills and knowledge as
standard for Kitchen Management Responsibilities: Receive, verify,
and organize all orders for kitchen, ensuring all items are
labeled, dated, and rotated properlyAssist and understand all
stations in the kitchen prior to and during service periodDelegate
prep items to associates as necessary for timing and according to
F&T standards and recipe sheetsOther responsibilities as
standard for maintaining BOH Operations adhering to F&T and
health standards
