If you have 5-10 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook, a strong grasp of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of kitchen sanitation and safety, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:- Work in collaboration with the executive chef and kitchen team to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes.- Take charge of opening and closing kitchen duties as directed by the executive chef.- Maintain a positive and professional approach when interacting with colleagues and customers.- Produce plates that are not only delicious but also visually appealing.- Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and meets our quality standards.- Adhere to kitchen safety and sanitation procedures at all times.- Display open availability during the work schedule (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).- Successfully pass a full drug and background screening.
