Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter on a contract
basis.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings,
candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
Collaborate with co-founders to identify and hire key leaders,
implementing effective recruitment strategies
Report on recruitment activities and ensure compliance with
recruiting processes while fostering strong relationships with HR
and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling
startup
Experience recruiting for various departments and senior-level
positions
High proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and familiarity with Google
Suite, LinkedIn, and Slack
Strong project management skills and ability to manage
deadlines
In-house startup recruiting experience is essential
